Responsible for the overall management of all Strategic Marketing, Business Development and Customer Relationship Management.

Plan,  lead  and  deliver  value-added  business  development  support  in  ensuring  key objectives in the business plans are achieved. This include deliver revenue generating and profile raising events that support new business development


Develop and maintain an excellent understanding of the company's target market, strategic context and commercial activities


Lead and integrate new business sales and service process with CRM activity to optimise the customer experience and maximise return

Lead the customer strategy initiatives and manage the Relationship Management team to build  strong  relationships  with  our  customers,  gaining  a  close  understanding  of  their business and their needs in order to increase revenue on a customer by customer basis, particularly focusing on up-selling and cross-selling


Accountable for targets, customer revenue, tracking results and profitability of all channels and customer retention

Monitor and measure marketing activities to ensure return on investment, building reports that provide an insight into data quality, frequency of use, patterns of behavior, response to marketing campaigns and marketing ROI

Undertake  marketing  research,  analysis  and  produce  recommendations  to  ensure  all business development activities are optimized

Responsibilities

  

Objectives:

Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of a team of Customer Service Representatives to achieve the highest level of customer service possible and ensure departmental goals are achieved. The Supervisor must demonstrate the highest standard of quality service, commitment and courtesy in dealing with customers and co-workers.

Tasks:

  • Lead a team of employees, ensuring competence and continuity of customer service representatives through optimum selection, training and development, appraisal and motivation techniques.
  • Facilitate teamwork and ensuring the effective day-to-day operations of the call centre.
  • Provide guidance and/or help to CSRs in resolution of difficult customer questions and develop CSRs understanding of problem-solving process.
  • Ensure optimum staffing levels through efficient scheduling and adjustments to meet peak service demands; investigating and evaluating staffing models, and exploring impact of various staffing models on business objectives
  • Assist in the hiring process by participating in interviews.
  • Responsible for administrative duties including reporting, time sheets, schedule adherence and the maintenance and enforcing of department/company policies and guidelines.
  • Review daily transactions and give feedback to employees.
  • Conduct monthly/annual CSR review sessions, coaching employee performance toward career goals.
  • Conduct team meetings and weekly one-to-one meetings.
  • Monitor random calls to improve quality, minimize errors and track operative performance.
  • Review the performance of staff, identifying staff training needs and plan training sessions
  • Maintaining effective training programs and continuous monitoring of all service activity.
  • Resolve the most difficult customer complaints and correspondence and authorizing adjustment of customer claims.
  •  Interface effectively with other departments to handle customer service issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate and network with FRiENDi mobile managerial staff to improve internal/external processes.

Requirements


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position and 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Proven ability to lead a team of employees including motivating and developing through coaching and counseling
  • Experience in team building and employee involvement
  • Strong team player and leader
  • Sound knowledge of call center operations and related technologies
  • Must have the ability to work flexible hours as required
