Responsibilities

  

• Involving in day-to-day procurement and logistic activities by sourcing for reliable suppliers, negotiating for best price and ensure timely supplies to meet production requirements.
• Familiar with Custom, MOF, MITI & MIDA procedures and requirements
• Prepare and submit CJ5, CJ3, CJ5B, CJ19B reports and application to Custom Department.
• Prepare shipping instruction to cargo agent.
• Prepare transport expenses report.
• Follow up the shipment schedule closely with supplier and ensure to meet the timeline.
• Strong ability in organizing and prioritizing tasks on hand.
• Check amount of sales tax before clearance.
• Submit change station application, raw material and CBU report to Custom Department.
• To ensure that purchasing documentation conform to ISO/TS16949 and ISO 14001:2004

Requirements

• Possess minimum Diploma in Logistic or any related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in related job.
• Strong Analytical And Planning Skills.
• Able To Excel In A Pressurized Working Environment
• Able to travel for the purpose of application submission and collect approval at the government office.
• Able to work independently in dealing and negotiating with Custom Department or related parties.
• Experience in dealing with LMW and CJ application.
