Technical Executive (Vending machine)
Selangor - Mutiara Damansara

Responsibilities:

  • Machine warehouse - Coordinate logistics delivery and maintenance repair operations of Nestle Professional assets located at Vending Central Warehouse, 3rd party M & R contractor warehouse and branches stock balance.
  • Monitor machine conditions located at all warehouse, arrange M & R repair for branches machines. Ensure physical machine's status tally with BMB status 100% at Vending Central Warehouse.
  • Machine warehouse logistics management - Manage machine delivery, relocation and return between Distribution Channel (DC) to DC on schedule.
  • Enforce FIFO of trade assets at warehouse, machines are cleaned, in good working conditions with permutation code and branding.
  • Organize Technical related trainings (in house and practical) for 3rd party vendor, key customer/ QSR trainings (External).
  • Manage Vending Central Warehouse spare parts inventory, procurement and replenish spare parts to ensure sufficient supply (within the agreed target). Assist to recommend and source for good quality and cost savings spare parts available in the market.
  • Monitor machine conditions at Vending Central Warehouse, arrange machine repair 'Under Repair/ Under Service/ Refurbish' to 3rd party service provider.
  • Manage BMB-MS system at Vending Central Warehouse & machine return from DC, monitor & update machine assignment.
  • Machine Innovation & Renovation - Machine and spare parts modification & upgrade, full assessment equipment test with products. Communicate and enforce latest version of modification to branches.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic / Mechanical or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years experience in relevant field (at least 1 year in the food service industry).
  • Possess basic knowledge on Microsoft Office Knowledge, good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to operate SAP, BMB - MS and Microsoft Excel
  • Good scientific and analytical skills with minimum supervision.
  • Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (verbal and written)
