Operation Executive - Oil & Gas Company At Kemaman, Kuantan - Company Confidential - Pahang - Kemaman

Responsibilities
  • As an Operation Executive shall report to the Management or such other person as the Company may direct; you are responsible for the smooth operation of the rig/vessel business as well;
  • As an Operation Executive will be tasked with growing and developing the business further, building the team to ensure further success;
  • Ensure professional and timely preparing and submitting of invoices and other documentation, compliance with principals requirement of the Company;
  • Responsible for any internal and external issue of importance is communicated immediately without any delay to the Company and related parties, communicate proactively and presentation related day to day ongoing program updates with the Management and Clients as well as other involved parties;
  • Responsible for attending regular operations team meeting in order to implement and ensure the daily operation and activities is running smoothly;
  • Liaison and responsible for operation issue and support across all distribution channel;
  • Make sure all reporting and documentation requirements are properly executed as per Company instructions;
  • To handle related operations support and logistic works including Contract, Terminal liasing and other forms of administrative work for the Company;

Requirements


  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Secretarial, Food & Beverage Services Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
