Responsibilities

• To identify and key in all accounting records as assigned within dateline. 
• Responsible for book keeping, data entry and maintain a proper filling system to ensure easier retrieval of document
• Updating of daily transactions into the system.
• To perform accounts receivable and accounts payable, general ledger, issue payment vouchers, cheques preparation,  

    bank reconciliation & any other accounting and administrative related work.
• Assist in monthly closing of financial statements.
• Any other duties as assigned by immediate superior or any other person assigned by Management from time to time.
 

Requirements

• Minimum possess with Professional Certificate in Accounting / LCCI / STPM / SPM.
• Must have knowledge in MS Office Skills, especially in UBS Accounting system.
• Able to work in fast pace environment and willing to work extra hours to complete all task given.
• Preferably with 1 year of relevant experience
• Discipline, meticulous & detailed attention in completing tasks.
