Responsibilities:

  • Study customer requirement. Develop prototype for Proof of Technology. 
  • Provide full support implementation of software & system
  • Research and Development on latest emerging technology, such as Web 2.0, SOA, Java technology. 
  • Design, develop, and deploy the solution in the small team ( 5 )
  • Document the technical aspect of the solution.

Requirements:

  • Required skill: Experience in Java (J2EE), JavaScript, JSP, Servlets, HTML, SQL, Unix, Eclipse, JDBC
  • Preferably skill(s): Servlet, WebSphere, Hibernate, DB2, Eclipse, JMS, MQ, Web services, XML, BPEL

Demand Supply Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manages a broad range of moderately complex supply chain processes, such as shipment/revenue maximization, inventory analysis and planning and  demand-supply management/outlook with different cross functional teams . Identifies opportunities for process improvement and develops recommendations.
  • Gathers backlog and intransit data from  category and order executional planners , order management and Logistics to synthesize information using complex analyses/ tools and delivers demand-supply outlook and revenue opportunity/risk .
  • Independently executes complex demand and supply matching activities, connecting planning to execution, and identifying issues and their impact
  • Provide and attend weekly Business Review Management (BRM) analysis to Country Finance and OM to align on revenue outlook.
