Kuala Lumpur - Menara TM Responsibilities: - Act as the point of contact for users of the BASF Asia Pacific Service Centre. He/she will take care of incoming requests through telephone, fax and email. He/she will serve BASF customers from several Asian countries within Malaysian office hours and public holiday calendar.
- Responsible to reply and provide solutions to customers within prescribed service standards. He/she actively contributes to the goal of providing accurate services in a friendly manner at first contact.
- Coordinate issue resolution with the team by working with the team, the Service Desk Senior Analyst and delivery teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Attend to incoming calls, fax and emails within the BASC Service Levels and ensure incoming requests are ticketed in the AHD on a timely basis.
- Assist other team members during peak or selected periods as directed by supervisors
- Work with team and supervisor to ensure adequate staffing of Service Desk at all times (incl Malaysian public holidays if required)
- Ensure timely attendance, leave planning and effective utilisation of stipulated break times.
- To back up, assist with and perform task as required.
Requirements: - Diploma holder or certificate in business administration or university degree in accounting
- 1-3 years working experience
- Experience in customer interaction required
- Experience in a Shared Services or call centre environment is desirable
- Experience in handling a ticketing tool desirable
- Experience working in an SAP work environment is preferred
