Sales Executive
Selangor

Responsibilities:

1.      Create sales pipeline and deliver sales results

2.      Make sales pitch and present products

3.      Develop and manage accounts

4.      Draft proposals and compute return on investment and justify value proposition

5.      Provide sales support

6.      Conduct sales visits and inspections 

7.      Prepare sales and marketing reports

8.      To assist in any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management

Other requirements:

1.      Able to speak and write well

  • Ensure accuracy of AP offset transactions;
  • Ensure timely processing of aging report, forecast & comparison of actual payment with forecast report;
  • Monitor and oversee month-end closing of AP;
  • Liaise with related departments in order to ensure timely processing of AP transactions;
  • Perform AP reconciliation to ensure the amount in SAP system match with cash book;
  • Monitor major account and update the aging report from time to time;
  • Monitor on budget system and ensure payment on time;
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation;
  • Responsible for cheque issuance;
  • Liaise with internal,  external auditor  and banker when required;
