Responsibilities:

  • Working independently while using standard processes when needed to respond to issues raised by customers.

  • Successfully resolve desktop technical issues (related to hardware and software) from incoming customer contacts.

  • Proactively assist customers to avoid or reduce IT-related problem occurrence.

  • Participates in projects for process or quality improvements.

 

Requirements: Education and Experience Required:

  • Typically requires 0 - 2 years general experience, or equivalent combination of experience and college level education.

  • Fresh grads of Diploma/ Degree are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Superior skills in both written and verbal communication - Japanese

  • Experience in customer facing role, remote support, telephone, esupport, e-chat or similar

  • Respond to service, product, technical, and customer-relations questions on subjects such as features, specifications, and repairs on current and discontinued products, parts, and options, based on customer entitlement (for example warranty through enterprise).

  • Proactively assist customers to avoid or reduce problem occurrence.
