You will have the opportunity to define the schedule of activities for transitions and manage the cut-over planning, transition planning and contingency planning for large scale and complex bespoke software development projects, producing detailed project plans to manage interdependencies, and define the roles and responsibilities of all parties involved in the transition.
 
You will also be responsible for scoping of requirements, managing changes to scope, and assessing billable vs non-billable outputs. You must also be familiar in contract management and skilled negotiator to provide strong management of external suppliers and to manage the triple constraints of scope, schedule and cost.

Requirements: Candidates must have an in-depth knowledge of software engineering and development using SDLC methodology, and 6+ years hands on project / program management experience on large scale (S$10m+) and complex, bespoke software development projects with large teams (20+). This senior Project Manager role requires CITPM or PMP certification and ITIL certification. Experience with government projects and familiarity with AMS preferred.
