Responsibilities:

  • Manage space management projects with the Category Buyers in collaboration with Nestle Key Account Managers.
  • Responsible for the range data analysis (from scan data) and the preparation of plannograms
  • Develop New In Store Solutions and support the Sales Team in the implementation of merchandising strategies & tactics and other visibility initiatives
  • Lead / Support Category Management initiatives ( e.g. visibility projects, category management pitching, etc )
  • Develop Channel, Shopper and Customer Insights

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar qualification.
  • 3 to 5 years experience in sales / marketing demonstrating an ability to understand shopper and category trends.

Product Service Engineer (based in Singapore)
West (Singapore) - Boon Lay

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assisting distributors and customers in rigging, troubleshooting and repairing company crane products.
  • Train distributors on the set-up and maintenance of their first new model products.
  • Has the responsibility for providing distributor customer service, resoliving technical issues and commercial aspect of the service function.
  • These positions will report to the Service Manager.
  • To install, commission and service company cranes
  • To provide warranty and technical support to dealers and end users
  • Negotiate service contracts, billings and variances to warranty policies.
  • Generate billable service hours by providing on-site technical assistance to conduct and oversee the rigging, troubleshooting and repairing of company Crane products. Promote the use of Genuine parts and training via the Crane CARE training department.
  • Train distributors in the commissioning of the first new product.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot warranty problems when beyond the scope of the distributor or customer.
  • Interact with MCG based personnel on matters pertaining to service materials, product requirements, availability, and code compliance;
  • Plans & coordinates activities concerned with investigating and resolving customer reports of technical problems by utilizing applicable processes to eliminate future operational or service difficulties.
  • Analyzes reports of technical problems to determine trends affecting future design, production, service and maintenance processes and recommends modifications to eliminate future problems.
  • Assist Customer Service Representatives in providing technical assistance by way of phone support;
  • Perform other job functions as assigned by the Service Manager and/or VP, Cranecare
     

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of technical service & support related working experience preferably in the crane industry or heavy equipment industry.
  • An Engineering degree in either Mechantronics , mechanical, hydraulics or electrical engineering preferred or equivalent trade experience and skills maybe considered
  • Ability to read and work with electronic and hydraulic schematics;
  • Possess strong analytical skills in the evaluation of reports of technical issues, research findings; and/or output of a system/process etc.
