Senior Human Resource & Admin Executive

Responsibilities:

  • You will be involved in recruitment of co-workers always living up to having quality co-workers and successors
  • You support the HR in all different HR processes so HR can be a proactive and business minded partner to the organisation
  • You ensure effective internal communication within the organization
  • Be an active sparring partner for the leaders thereby to create a good working environment and increase co-worker satisfaction.
  • You will be responsible for the co-worker handbook.
  • Help handout of uniforms, co-worker access cards and other materials
  • Ownership of HR SOPs.  Update and create new as and when necessary so that all HR SOPs are always valid and relevant
  • Conduct exit interviews, statistics and work actively to reduce co-worker turnover by coaching the leaders
  • Secure that resigning co-workers are handled according to the described procedures
  • Responsible for the leave handling and follow up
  • You will support the team in other HR tasks.
  • You support and coach all managers in the store in the recruitment process by being the expert on recruitment of co-workers and managers
  • Support recruitment and selection of co workers and managers to all nce level and successor rate
  • You support and coach the managers to find the optimum mix of co-workers in their teamfunctions in the store by based on the job profile screen all candidates for each job and provide the manager with the recruitment need with a short list of max 3 suitable candidates to decide upon.
  • You keep yourself updated on the labour market and future trends.
  • Facilitate introduction programs and HR specific training and other programs as required.
  • You are responsible for keeping the salary payment process in line with Standard operating procedures, local legislation and procedures.
  • You will be responsible for co-worker benefits and monitoring/following up on these.
  • You support the HR in all different HR processes so HR can be a proactive and business minded partner to the organisation.
  • Responsible for the co-worker files and updating these.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.

  • Must have a minimum of 3-5 years Human Resources management experience, retail preferred.
  • Must have tactical abilities.

Responsibilities:

Site Engineer/ Site Supervisor (2 posts)

  1. To prepare project specification, project schedule.
  2. To monitor the progress of work site as work schedules entirely.
  3. To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc.
  4. To monitor work progress and check quality of work done by sub-contractors on technical espact.

 Project Engineer/ Project Manager (2 posts):

  1. Project co-ordination.
  2. Outfield meeting with consultants or authority body.
  3. To compile and provide all the samples, catalogues, method statement, layout details, design drawings and As built drawings for Consultant and Architect's review and approval.
  4. Manage and coordinate the construction activities in accordance to the C&S and Architectural drawings and specifications.
  5. To carry out inspection on all the works carried done by the contractor in accordance to standards, specifications and consultant's drawings.
  6. Evaluate and prepare monthly progress claims.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • At least 2 year- 5 years of working experience in the related field , preferable with experience in plumbing, sanitary, sewerage and water reticulation.
