  • Plan and control preventive maintenance for all plant's & production equipment & machineries.

  • Control Spare Parts movement & inventory.
  • To prepare & monitor on KPI Performance.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess Technical certificate/Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): MS Word &  Excel.
  • Required dedicated & hard working candidates.

GM - Building Management/Facilities (Grade A Office Tower in KL)
Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Board of Directors and Group CEO
  • Responsible for developing and implementing the overall operations and maintenance plans for the building.
  • To lead and manage the four key portfolios and teams; Facilities management, Property Maintenance & Fit Out, Security & Human Resources.
  • Plan, design, develop & review facilities strategies and design to ensure well equipped commercial premises & conducive work environment for all staff.
  • Oversee maintenance contract management and vendor services management relating to building management, including work scopes and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with local authority guidelines relating to all building and facilities requirements for the business
  • Plan and execute effective security policies & programs & ensure good work relationship with the local law enforcement agencies and local authorities
  • Lead & direct the effective implementation of all employee services support activities covering such as staff events, building amenities, housekeeping, etc
  • Ensure all maintenance contracts are properly managed and proactively review SLAs to ensure adequacy of service and administrative support is delivered.
  • Budgetary control and monitoring cost/expenses
  • To work closely with Project Consultants Service Providers and contractors on building defect rectification, maintenance and services & etc.
  • To ensure overall expenditure (OPEX) is within the approved budget and improve revenue from rental of premises.  Additional accountability is to drive cost savings for the company.
  • To improve customers satisfaction and the turnaround time (TAT) for all services rendered to both internal & external customers.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
  • At least 15 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
