Responsibilities:

Job Summary:

> As a NetApp Professional Services Operations Coordinator you participate in providing Business Administration services for Professional Services projects from initiation through to related revenue recognition subjects.

> This is a professional position where you will be building out your skills and knowledge in NetApp business management while you contribute.

> The focus of this role will be to execute administrative tasks on the Professional Services Automation applications (PSA) and PULSE in collaboration with the Delivery Teams in order to manage the Professional Services delivery and revenue flow in Compliance with Professional Services processes and rules.

> The execution of these Administrative tasks includes the scheduling of Delivery, documents and evidences gathering that may require interaction with NetApp Teams, Outside Partners and Customers.

Essential Functions:

This individual will report to PS Service Coordination Manager EMEA and will have the following responsibilities:

  • PSA/PULSE Project creation, activation and assigning of resources
  • Assuring the Sales-PS handover information is complete
  • Scheduling of Delivery with NetApp PS team, Outside Partners and Customers
    • difference between area's and Outside partners do their own customer contact
  • Weekly report to the PS Team on Consultancy projects that need revenue documentation which has not been received/attached yet
  • Certificate of Work Performed preparation and collection
  • Escalate revenue issues to PS SME Revenue  
  • Keeping the Operational Backlog up to date
  • Making sure that the Operational Key Performance Indicator's (KPI's) are maintained.
    • Estimated Completion dates and Task/Project customer signoff dates and relevant comments are registered/updated in PSA
  • Assisting PS Leads with operational processes and providing operational information.
  • Third part delivery vendor assigned by SC: time, timecard invoicing and chasing…. (update new partners, no longer working partners, etc.).

Requirements:

 

  • Candidate must be fluent in English. Fluent in additional language like German, Italian, Spanish, French and Hebrew will be an added advantage. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to meet aggressive goals and pre-defined measurement criteria.

  • Familiarity and aptitude to learn advanced usage of Microsoft Office Package and Business Applications

  • 3 years of similar experience is required. Candidate with Project Administrator background are encaugaed to apply. 

  • Must have Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Diploma holders with minimum 4 years of administrative experience can apply. 

  • Good understanding of Microsoft and other business tools is required.

  • Ability to self-motivate, aptitude to learn and structured way of working
