Responsibilities:
1. To organise & deliver new hires orientation program (plant wide) including creation of individual training plan (for Classroom training and OJT.)

2. To conduct GxP training as and when required on database management and monitor training compliance tracking and reports from system for plant wide.

3. To conduct for document training.

4. To engage in awareness program with training personnel to lessen the risk of errors as follows:
• To constantly monitor device defects that could occur from improper job performance and bring to the attention of personnel concerned.
• To keep personnel aware of defects and errors that could be encountered during job execution.

5. To organise and co-ordinate the training facilities in the plant and control the usage of training rooms and equipments.

6. To organize and coordinate with Training Team on :
• Internal and External Audit Preparations
• Global SOP / Annual Training
• Developing training materials, training syllabus & conduct Area Trainer/Line Leader Development Programs
• Global Quality projects
• HSE training
• Project based training co-ordination and management
• HRDF & MIDA applications/ claims

7. To provide necessary assistance and any ad hoc projects to Training Manager and Training Senior Executive Team.

8. To provide assistance to Senior Training Executives / Training teams (including ATR's) (Training executives either deliver the training themselves or arrange for an in-ternal or third party trainer to do so) as follows:
• In terms of knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out work-related tasks.
• To improve employees' skills to take on their current jobs in hand & to prepare them for future jobs
• To work in teams to produce programs that is satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization.

Requirements:

Diploma / Bachelor Degree preferably in Training and Development, Human Resource Management, Social Science, Corporate Communication or related field.
