Responsibilities:

Dealing, handling & resolving of conflicts, feedback, complaints, grievances & disciplinary cases, , pertaining to the employee's related matters.

Manage employees' claims and SOCSO cases.

Provide strategic advice to the management team on leveraging the welfare for the employees.

Formulate department policies and streamline procedures.

Working closely with management team to develop & cascade the organization's policies / guidelines for the employees.

Manage & coordinate visits from corporate / regional office, customers & external guests; as well as to host company festivals and events.

Employees' employment pass & business visa application.

Other general affairs, including accommodation, travel, flight reservation, cafeteria, uniform, locker, in house clinic, transportation, and stationery control.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts or equivalent.

Must be well versed in Malaysia Employment Act 1955 & Industrial Relations Act 1967.

Good verbal & written communication skills, both in Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa English is essential.

At least 4 years Manufacturing or operational HR experience.

Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

Responsibilities:
Execute an efficient and effective PM activities. Ensure Tank Farm equipment and system achieves minimum machine downtime. Provide engineering support to other functions as and when is required.

Ensure correct SOPs and forms are used to perform planned activites. Need to have good GDP of documentation. Ensure updated release documents are used for Pm activities and in valided state.

Ensure all PM records are properly recorded and kept. Ensure 24/7 round the clock support is provided to production.

Participate in cost reduction, cost savings, machine set-up and improve efficiency of PM and machines repairs time.

Promote effecive communication with peers across all shifts and ensure efficient shift hand-over and effective start-up meeting.

To support the investigation of the process and quality failure resulted from equipment / process related problem and provide permanent solution to fix them.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.

Role Purpose:
