Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible to develop, implement and maintain QA system in company.

  10. Responsible to review handling of customer complaint & inspection and other nonconformity.
  11. Responsible to prepare documents for customer or external parties.
  12. Responsible to review QA/QC personnel overtime and leave application.
  13. Responsible to assess and review the performance appraisal of QA/QC personnel.
  14. Responsible to ensure product quality conform to customer requirement.
  15. Responsible to review inspection & testing plan, and make modification for improvement if necessary.
  16. Responsible to study in new product development in order to reduce risk of complaint from consumer.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Food Science and Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably specializing in Food Science/ Food Study or equivalent.
  • Possess knowledge of food safety and quality.
  • Initiative and self-motivated.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in challenging and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong prioritizing skills, ability to multi-task and result driven.
  • Good command of verbal and written in Mandarin , English and Bahasa Malaysia.
