Responsibilities:

  • Experience in operation, preventive maintenance / repair for pump and electrical component in RODI or WWTP plant.
  • Lead and implement Safety, 7S, Quality system and EHS program for RODI/WWTP plant i.e. ISO 9001 and ISO14001.
  • Responsible to repair and maintain electrical parts or component.
  • Knowledge in SPC, Waste Management and troubleshooting skil will be an added advantage.
  • Implement online SPC monitoring for critical facility parameters like TOC, Silica, Resistivity, LPC and TPC.
  • Able to speak and write in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with relevant department heads in the day to day planning and functioning of the kitchen operation.
  • Oversee the production and presentation of food and maintain a high standard of quality and presentation.

  • To draft kitchen policies, menu planning and staff control.

  • Comply with policies and procedures relating to health, safety, welfare, security, confidentiality and data protection, reporting any concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Undertake any other similar duties as required from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Relevant technical qualification in kitchen production and management.
  • Wide experience in production techniques for large banquets, preferably in the convention and meeting's sector.
  • Good experience in the preparation of a variety of Asian & Western cuisine, using skill and creativity to develop new, unusual market driven menus.
  • Strong inventory control & organization skills.
  • Use a "hand-on" approach to management.
  • Experience in communicating, training, and managing multi-lingual staff.
