To perform routine microbiology testing such as water and saline evaluation, Product Bio-burden testing, viable and Non-viable monitoring and check lab inventory.

To monitor sample collection process by laboratory operator.

To evaluate sample plate and record test result.

To assist Microbiologist in compiling data and testing result.

To assist Microbiologist and Team Lead prior and during audit process.

Requirements:
Diploma in Microbiology – 1 year of relevant experience is added advantage.

Working experience in Quality Control, cGMP, Pharmacopoeia and regulatory requirements.

Lab equipment recommendation and trouble shooting.

Responsibilities:

To plan, organize and supervise chemical production daily activities in order to meet the operational targets set by the organization.

To conduct effective on-line process trouble shooting, problem solving and improvement / optimization.

To write, review and execute protocols to support the roll –out of new project / product development processes.

To write and /or update SOPs, and usher them through the Change Request Board (CRB) due processes.

To ensure chemical production materials tracking, storage and control include SAP system transactions are being performed in a timely and proper manner.

Requirements:
Candidate shall possess academic qualification of a Degree / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Chemistry, Material Science or other chemical/ material related discipline or equivalent.

Candidates with chemical production experience dealing material formulations, and with hands-on Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). environment working experience will be given preference.
