  • Help in preparing fit-out manuals and advise on detailed requirements of specific users.

  • Spearhead in negotiations of market rent reviews and rental terms for prospective tenants.
  • In charge of the collection of rents and control of operation costs. 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Property Development/Real Estate Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management / Marketing or equivalent or those without a degree but with tremendous professional working experience in retail leasing of large shopping malls property.
  • Must have minimum 3 years experience in related position as Manager or a Senior Manager of Retail Property Leasing.
  • Possess good presentation skills, strong professional communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
  • Should have outgoing personality, good presentation skills and fashion sense.
  • Good understanding of current retail trends and practices.
