Responsibilities:

  • Collects and funnels leads from multiple HP internal and external sources
  • Gathers and verifies facts internally and externally to prove or disprove allegations. Conducts informational and confrontative interviews.
  • Partners with ESSN business clients representatives, HR, control functions, legal resources and law enforcement to decide and pursue remedies to protect HP and make HP whole against marketplace abuses.
  • Delivers investigative reports incorporating evidence to prove allegations and facilitate root cause analysis.
  • Analyzes HP transactional data (warranty, sales, etc.) to prioritize investigative targets.
  • Project manages case loads. Provides oversight and mentoring for case work and reports of other investigators. Utilizes and manages outsourced resources in the performance of investigations. Ensures that investigative delivery is within the framework of HP Investigative Guidelines.
  

Qualifications:


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least 8 year(s) of working experience in internal audit, fraud investigation or Standards of Business Conduct investigation
  • Required languages : English and additional one or two other languages
  • Strong analytical skill
  • Broad experience conducting complex multi-country field investigations
  • Sound, ethical judgment required.
  • Strong leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring and teaching.
  • Superior ability to use security systems and applications.
  • Excellent analytical skills. Ability to identify complex security issues and customize, implement/execute innovative processes and solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure in complex situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, including presentation, reporting and consulting.
  • Thorough knowledge of criminal and civil procedure as it relates to evidence, privacy, interviewing, breach of contract, fraud, supply chain and intellectual property protection.
  • Proven "customer service" and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and implementation.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Abreast of industry and technology changes to ensure security programs minimize
  • Emerging risks. Established range of professional contacts. Familiar with the range of professional security literature.
  • Practical knowledge of the current security environment in multiple geographies.
  • Prior experience and/or knowledge of ESSN service programs a plus
