Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage resources allocation through optimization of staff, financial, processes and technologies. Accountable for the company's cost controlling objectives
  • Accountable and responsible for the delivery of support services in compliance with the internal and external regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Advise the management team on key planning issues and make recommendations on important business decisions.
  • Manage the daily operations and overcome challenges in deriving the targeted performance / result.
  • Responsible for the delivery and continuous development of support services and develop, implement and monitor strategies and processes that will support organizational objectives

Requirements:

  • Possess Bachelor's Degree or Masters in Business Studies/Administration/Management/ Finance or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years working experience in the related field with 2 years in management capacity, preferably in healthcare industry
  • Experience in operating and managing activities across the range of business support activities
  • Posses analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, customer and stakeholder management skills

Customer Experience:
