• To assist in all financial and operational related matters of the company.

• Liaising with external parties such as auditor, tax agent, company secretary, bankers, lawyers, government authorities and suppliers.

• Set up Internet control procedures & improve accounting & reporting systems.

• Preparation of Weekly/Monthly/ Quarterly report for management review.

• Handling tax computation and tax estimation.

• Preparation of reconciliation and retrieve old records for clearing accounts.

• Preparing and monitoring cash flow of the company.

• Develop and maintain finance data bases, financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process.

• Supervising the Finance Team on various issues encounter during the daily work and heavily involve in problem solving.

• Manage and propose tax planning for the group and directors.
