  • To inspect service quality at customer's premises on the unit serviced
  • Prepare report supported with photographs on findings and recommended corrective action to Management
  • Follow up on corrective action executed by Branch as reported
  • Prepare monthly activity schedule for Management's perusal

Requirements:
