We are a legal firm in Johor Bahru established more than 20 years ago. We have two (2) branches, the main branch is in Taman Pelangi and the other branch is in CIty Square. Currently we have 3 Partners (each manning their own department), 2 Legal Assistant and about 15 to 20 staffs in 2 branches. We specialise in Litigation and Conveyancing work. We are in most of the Bank's panel. We are also in some established Developer's panel.  

Legal Assistant
MYR 2500 - 4000 +Bonus and Allowance

Requirements:

  1. Candidate will be working in Taman Pelangi Branch, Johor Bahru, Johor ;
  2. Preferably to have 1-2 years' experience in conveyancing work (e.g. subsale and developer's work and bank loan documentation) or if no experience, Candidate must be committed to learn;
  3. Willing to attend signing at Client's or Developer's offices during weekdays or weekends;
  4. Must be able to complete any file given within the stipulated time in order to avoid any late penalty charges imposed;
  5. Able to liaise with clients, bank officers and property agents in a diplomatic way;
  6. Preferably able to speak in Mandarin;
  7. Good typing skills (computer and type writer);
  8. Must be able to work under stressful condition;
  9. Have good working attitude and willing to learn and take on all tasks assigned;
  10. Must have the mindset of "Customer comes first" and "Customer is always right, unless he or she is unreasonable";
  11. Must be self motivated in respect of all assignment given;
  12. Able to work independently and in team;
  13. Must be responsible and accountable to all her work;
  14. Be able to complete all assignment given on stipulated time;
  15. Willing to take on different assignments or tasks given, be it conveyancing or litigation work;

Senior/ Junior Conveyancing Clerk

Requirements:

  2. MUST HAVE at least 5-10 years (Senior Position) or 1-2 years (Junior Position) experience (MUST HAVE at least  2 years experience and have basic grasp on conveyancing work);
