Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for project feasibility studies, land acquisition, development budgets, awarding tenders, cash flow and cost control
  • Manage project planning and execution, schedules, safety and quality, as well as liaising with contractors, suppliers and authorities for approvals
