  • Upkeep Basic IE database
    • Standards for Labor, Material usage, Operation Cycle Time, UPH,  OEE & IEE
  • Review & update Material Usage Factor
  • Drive/Support Quality-Productivity improvement projects
  • Establish shop floor standards
  • Monitor & analyze equipment speed loss, identify area of focus/root cause of speed loss and form functional team to restore equipment throughput performance

  • Keep track and monitor manufacturing performance KPI such as OEE, FF, UPH, MMO etc

Requirements:


  • Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering)
  • Min. 3 years (GG10) or 5 years (GG11) related semiconductor IE or ME experience
  • Experience in semiconductor assembly and/or test manufacturing environment
  • Good spreadsheet skills to perform data crunching - knowledge in VBA / Macro codes or advanced formula functions
  • Able to use AutoCAD to draft layout planning
  • MOST (Maynard Operation Sequence Technique) certified practitioner
  • Strong IE knowledge, able to demonstrate application of IE tools in work
