Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior HR Manager in full spectrum of HR functions.
  • To assist in administering staff benefits program, assist in design, evaluate and modify benefits policies to ensure that program are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Assist in preparing Training Needs Analysis (TNA), planning the annual training calendar and budget through job analysis, appraisal and collaborate with business unit heads to recommend / develop effective training programs geared to the business needs and to ensure continuous assessment of staff competency skills and gaps.
  • Perform administrative duties including tracking and monitoring attendance, maintaining of training record, adhering to all budget guidelines, submitting all necessary reports, and coordinating or organizing monthly training schedules.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Commercial or equivalent.

Program/Customer Service Manager, Freight Forwarding (Oil & Gas)
East (Singapore)

Responsibilities:

  • To manage group of customer service officers or hub account officers
  • To Manage and Lead group of people assigned within the group perform assigned tasks which may include all or part of the below :-
  • To execute inbound & outbound processes
  • Send On Hand Report to customer
  • Make booking for air/ocean freight
  • Liaise with Doc team
  • Pre-alert monitoring and uploading
  • Uploading of COO, fumigation certificate, inspection certificate, DG (Dangerous Goods) declaration cert and etc to extranet
  • Urgent shipment handling– advice urgent charges as well as the freight schedule closely monitor the freight and update customer on the freight status.

  • Provide knowledge expertise and advises to team mates when they are not able to effectively resolve issues due to foreseen or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Ensure all urgent shipments are closely monitored and delivered timely
  • Handle charter enquiries and maximize profitability of project shipments
  • Ensure all Dangerous Goods are handled with care and as per regulations
  • Maintaining the data accuracy in the systems used internally
  • Build rapport with all parties – customers, airlines, vendors etc..
