Responsibilities:

  • To manage the portfolio of HVAC and Building Automation System projects and ensure their successful execution to meet the project & financial Key Performance Indicators that include exceeding customer expectation on JCS committed deliverables. 
  • To attend to customers and consultants on project issues and to assess site condition for solution development in order to leverage on JC knowledge and expertise, viability of project implementation from site constraints and contractual terms
  • Conduct regular reviews of project and financial performance (including cost, profitability, billing, &  unbilled receivables) for each project with project engineers to benchmark against established Key Performance Indicators and to proactive address critical issues
  • Drive focus on securing Variation Orders for each project and track achievement of project team
  • Evaluate, appoint and regularly audit suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure they qualify and can meet our project specifications and QEHS requirements.  It include evaluating propose product/system by suppliers as an integrated solution
  • Attend to customers on critical project issues and ensure urgent resolution including regular reviews and keeping customer informed of the progress
  • Ensure all installation works conform to project specifications, contractual terms & conditions and EHS requirements
  • Ensure productive utilization of project resources at all times through effective & efficient assignment of project works and ad-hoc tasks
  • Participate in system design, commissioning work, trouble shooting and project meeting, whenever required
  • Monitor billing of customers, follow-up on payment from customers, and verify payment to our suppliers against work progress, materials and/or work quality delivered
  • Ensure successful handing over of project to customers and to service team that comply with the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System as part of Life Cycle Management
  • Provide technical solution support to sales in developing optimal solution for projects including site assessment in order to ensure viability of implementation after securing
  • Perform any other dutiesfrom time to time, whether ad-hoc or otherwise, as assigned by the superior or management

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree/ Diploma in Engineering with at least 7 years of project management
  • Strong knowledge in program management processes and requirements
  • Knowledge in HVAC and /or Building Automation System
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project softwares
