  • Integrating and aligning sales plans and strategies with available processes, IT systems, talent and other areas in order to increase the capability and success of sales force. e.g. CRM. 
  • Exploring and growing the client account list, dealing incoming leads and ending sales. 
  • Cascade and clearly articulate the strategies into action plans to be implemented by individual projects' marketing & sales heads. 
  • Develop and present divisional KPls, AOP& financial budgets and other business documents to Top Management. 
  • Monitor the performance of all marketing & sales teams and provide advice / coaching on corrective measures on a regular basis. 
  • Accountable for the implementation and compliance to the approved quality, occupational safety, health and environment standards towards meeting customers' expectations and fulfilling regulatory requirements. 
  • Undertakes any other tasks and assignments as directed by the Director, Strategic Marketing. 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Administration / Management / Marketing or its
    equivalents.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least eight (8) years working experience with a minimum of five (5) years in a senior management position.
  • Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
