Senior Technician (Tooling Development)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all optical tool fabricated as per process flow and meet the required specifications.
  • Perform calibration of metrology equipments, check for everyday and sort-out technical issues in calibration & production.
  • Ensure compliance SOP and GMP, in-process inspection, equipment preventive maintenance.
  • Verification of tool blanks, setting of Nanoform lathe, fabricate of optical tools, engraving of optical tools and polishing of optical tools.
  • Follow HSE and safety requirements procedures.
  • Support development and manufacturing process operations and projects.
  • Candidate is required to work in shift.
  • Support in Validation for the machineries and equipments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum educational background: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / 3-years certificate course in tool and die
