Responsibilities:

The Human Resource Executive would be responsible for:

 

  •  Perform Human Resource & Administration related tasks.
  • Responsible for the implementation of payroll processes, recruitment coordination, employee welfare & benefits, HR policies & procedure etc.
  • Manage and maintain written correspondences, records, files and reports.
  • To coordinate and align with other departments in line with company's strategy.
  • Liaison with relevant government bodies; Immigration, KWSP, SOCSO and LHDN.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field. Atleast minimum 2 years experience as a Human Resource Executive. Pleasant personality, initiative and with good communication skills; proficient in English and Chinese. Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office applications. Senior Human Resource Executive
Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

The Senior Human Resource Executive would be responsible for:

 

  • Conducting recruitment operations for locals, foreigners, expatriates, etc for all divisions be it positions and services.
  • Organizing focused recruiting campaigns to fill the company's requirements in terms of expertise and knowledge.Develop a recruiting pipeline that allows the company to maintain a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  • Responsible for assisting in the design, development and implementation of all talent processes and programs. Accountable for assisting field and support center managers for engaging, developing and retaining talent. This position will work closely with the HR Manager, Senior Leadership team, Field Directors and other functional managers to execute on all talent management efforts for the company. These include candidate assessment methodology and implementation, annual performance management, succession planning, bench development programs and workforce planning efforts.
  • Responsible to work collaboratively with various stakeholders across defferent levels of management, departments and disciplines.
  • Responsible for all other General HR enquiry such a Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Change Management, etc.

Other responsibilities of this role includes increasing employee awareness of and engagement in bench development efforts under the construction sector. 

Requirements:

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field. Atleast minimum 3 years experience as a Senior Executive in recruiting, talent management and other general HR related queries. Strong communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal). Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage through ambiguity, complexity and competing priorities.
