JUNIOR SECRETARY

Responsibilities:

Provide confidential executive-level secretarial and administrative support, including:

  • Managing, scheduling and coordinating of calendars, appointments, meetings, functions and events.
  • Arranging and coordinating of travel itineraries, bookings and travel-related matters.
  • Organising and maintaining records, files, reports and documents.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls, faxes, e-mails, despatching and correspondence.
  • Any other duties/assignments as instructed from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Private Secretarialship Certificate or equivalent.
  • Fluent in both written & oral English.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Willing to work for long hours as and when required.
  • Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon - Fri) & 8.30am - 12.30pm (Alternate Saturday).
