Responsibilities:

The role will need to understand the Client's requirements and be able to propose and select the best suited TEM solution offered by the IBM TEM Partners and the IBM TEM GDC.
Support the TEM Operations Lead and the Delivery Teams as a lead on Business Processes and Applications on Accounts assigned
Essential Duties and Responsibilities for SME include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Involved in all activities required for successful and timely implementation, transition and delivery of Telecom Expense Management projects and accounts.
