Responsibilites :

• Maintaining and troubleshooting all electrical installations (LV & MV), MV and LV motors, starters, process equipments, UPS, CCTV, PABX, weighbridge and etc.
• Supervise a team of electricians.
• Must be proactive, able to work independently and a team player.
• Results-oriented, resourceful, creative and innovative.
• Excellent leadership qualities with teamwork skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent, dynamic, energetic self-starter and hands-on.

Requirements :


• B0 Chargeman from Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
• Minimum qualification SPM / Diploma.
• Able to read & write in Malay and English
• Minimum 7 years working experience as Chargeman in heavy wood industry, edible oil refinery, oleo-chemical or other related field.
• Working knowledge in pneumatic, hydraulic, thermal oil heaters, chillers, air compressors, inverters, bearings maintenance and etc.
• Some working knowledge in PLC is advantages.
• Able to work during odd hours (if necessary).
• Willing to relocate to Gemas, Negeri Sembilan.

- Translate marketing requirements and technical requirements into mechanical designs.
- Conceptualize, design, analyze, prototype, test, and buy-off on the designs.
- Designs to be cost effective, and in line with the supply chain in terms of fabrication of parts and local availability of materials. Work with Materials department and suppliers to achieve this.
- Manage own work schedule to tie in with project schedule.
- Documentation of CAD files, and writing of test reports to back up designs.
- Liaison between Agilent and outsourced design/fabrication houses.
- Constantly on the search for new tools/methods/technologies to elevate design charter.


External Qualifications


- Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Mechanical Engineering. Fresh graduates as well as experienced engineers will be considered.
- Experience with some of the following design tasks: injection molded plastics, die-castings, extrusions, elastomeric parts, sheet metal parts, metal stampings, interconnects, electro-mechanical parts, and RF shielding.
- Have a good understanding of the choice of materials, manufacturing, and finishing processes used to fabricate the designed parts.
- Understanding of Design For Manufacturability and Assembly principles.
- Great aptitude for engineering analysis and solutions. Strong working knowledge of basic engineering calculations and principles.
- Proficiency with CAE (structural, thermal, vibrational FEA, Computational Fluid Dynamics) tools to assure design integrity is a definite plus.
- Team player who can "wear multiple hats" and establish good rapport with the Materials and Manufacturing, Project Management, EE and suppliers.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication and planning skills required.
