JOB DESCRIPTION

To be based in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

  • Report to Head of Department (HOD)
  • To assist HOD in pre & post tender matters
  • Work closely with site management & HOD
  • Prepare progress claim and evaluating sub-contractor's claims
  • Handles all contractual matters at site
  • Prepare project budget, take off quantity, list of materials to be used and/or purchased.
  • Ensure materials are approved by client / consultant / representative prior to installation and usage.
  • Monitor project and physical progress. Take site measurement
  • Any other task assigned by the management from time to time

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Min 3 years working experience 
  • Familiar with post contract administration
  • Able to take off  quantities & measurement
  • Self-motivated and good interpersonal skills
  • Capable to work independently
  • Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Preferred language : Chinese

JOB DESCRIPTION

To be based in Johor Bharu.

Responsibilities

  • Report to Project Manager
  • To assist Project Manager in planning and execution of  project plans at site
  • Liase with C.O.W. and arranges site inspection with R.E. / C.O.W
  • Check discrepancies between drawings
  • Take alignment and levels
  • Monitor work progress and quality control
  • Plan ahead and inform Project Manager of the commencement of day work
  • Monitor material delivery and ensure inventory is recorded and controlled. Raise purchase requisition
  • Verify deliveries from supplier and/or sub-contractors
  • Check sub-contractors work being carried out according to drawing and specification
  • Check and record daily work done by our direct construction team or by subcontractors for claim purpose
  • Any other task assigned by the management from time to time

Requirements

  • Diploma and above in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Min 3 years working experience specializing in building construction
  • Able to take survey
  • Possess good communication skills, self-motivated and dynamic
  • Possess good supervisory ability
  • Capable to work independently
  • Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Preferred language : Chinese
