OPERATIONS CONTROL & COMMUNICATION MANAGER
Selangor - DAMANSARA UPTOWN

Responsibilities:

 
  • Ensure effective and efficient operation of the Operations Control and Communication Department in the Facilities Management Division.
  • Produce standard operation manual of the Facilities Management Division and customise the manual to cater for the site offices requirements.
  • Assist the Operations Manager in the site takeover and mobilization exercise.
  • Coordinate with all sites and ensure timely submission of all reports pertaining to site performance, preventive maintenance status, trend analysis report, etc.
  • Schedule and chair monthly meeting with site managers.

Requirements:

  •   Degree in Engineering or any discipline.
  • Minimum three years and above working experience in similar capacity, preferably in facilities management and property development industries.
  • Possess hands-on experience in document controlling and record keeping.
  • Good in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skill.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel anytime.
