IT Helpdesk Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Perform 1st level troubleshooting of technical problems related to PC hardware and Desktop applications; 
  • Follow up with 2nd level until problem is resolved;
  • Handle day to day requests from users based in customer sites; 
  • Monitor, support and escalate calls to next level if not resolved within SLA;
  • Assist in rolling out of patches / antivirus updates regularly;
  • Updates the Service Desk systems and follow the SLA closely;
  • Involved in technical refresh of laptops / desktops;
  • Assist in any other ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required language(s): English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) would be an advantage.
