Responsibilities :
  • Be responsible for handling AP, AR, GL, Petty Cash, Staff Claims/Commissions and Bank Reconciliation.
  • Secondary role in General Administration
  • Ability to manage full set of accounts and statutory/audit/taxation documentation will be desired for candidates with suitable knowledge, work experience and training
Requirements: :
  • Certificate / Diploma / Degree qualifications in Book-Keeping, Accounting, LCCI, ACCA or equivalent
  • Experience in computerized accounting systems an advantage
  • Computer literate (MS Excel, Word, etc)
  • Prepared to work independently
  • Candidates with accounting audit experience are encouraged to apply
  • Fresh graduates with no working experience will be considered.
  • On-the-job training will be provided

Job Responsibilities & Tasks
- Own and resolve queries from internal/external customers in the Asia Pacific region/countries for supported Global Shared Services Operations processes (Accounts Payable/Employee Reimbursement). Queries are via phone and email.
- Work closely with the appropriate people in operations and other organizations to analyze and solve the queries in an accurate and timely manner.
- Participate in project implementation
- Maintain one's own performance metrics to meet target, (e.g. KPI's, utilization targets)
- Identify process / productivity improvement opportunity using 6-sigma or existing Quality program
- Participate in ISO documentation and certification
- Ensure internal control compliance in one's area of responsibility

Requirements:
  • 0 to 2 years experience in Finance or Accounting
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Japanese is a must
