Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all inspection activities are carried out=
  • Submit summary of daily activity
  • Monitor & supervise team to ensure compliance of work
  • Check on the work done by the subcontractors.
  • Liaise with authorities, consultantys and subcontractors

 

Requirements:


  • Possess Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Degree that are recognized by the Professional Engineer board of Singapore will be an advantage 
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years relevant experience in Construction industry
  • Candidates with LTA project experience will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sourcing, selection and negotiation with suppliers to strive for the best price while maintaining the highest quality, reliability and service
  • Source for suitable suppliers and attend meeting with suppliers independently
  • Obtain quotations, perform price negotiation, process and prepare purchasing orders
  • Negotiate with suppliers for the most favorable possible quality, cost and delivery
  • Monitor the performance of the suppliers and quality of supplied products
  • Ensure purchase orders are issued to suppliers timely and monitor suppliers' performance to deliver on time
  • Review parts and solve quality issue with suppliers and ensure necessary corrective actions are taken

Requirements:
