Our client is a legal firm specializing in property deals, located in Pulau Tikus, Penang. We are looking for passionate personnel to faciliate the expansion.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting lawyers in the preparation of Legal Documentations related to Property and Loan.
  • Primarily to handle conveyancing files pertaining to sale and purchase of property transaction, preparing and attending to bank security documents.
    • Preparation of Sale & Purchase Agreements (SPA).
    • Preparation of bank loan agreements.
  • Process for payment and billing
  • Organize / prepare documents to filling documents
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned as and when necessary

Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm

1. Job scope (in details)

Responsibilities

• Manage equipment maintenance and improvements for various types of automated process equipment and as well as fixtures.
• Responsible for machine up time and equipment spare inventory management.
• Responsible for new equipment purchase, set up, buy-off and release to production.
• Lead, guide and coach maintenance technicians in all technical expect
• Identify, lead and implement equipment improvement and cost reduction activity.
• Ensure proper facilities are available for new equipment set-up.
• Liaise with equipment vendor or automation team to improve equipment capability.
• Work with process engineers in preparing and updating process documentations and work instructions for assembly line process and equipment.
 

Requirements

• Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in equipment maintenance in mass manufacturing environment with at least 2 years in managerial capacity
• Possess good electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Good in management, leadership, interpersonal & communications skills
• Committed, analytical and ability to plan ahead of time
