Responsibilities

We are seeking a full life cycle (360 degree) Recruiter who is internet savvy, has knowledge of various sourcing techniques, Cold Calling, Business Development, strategy Building, think creatively and use their account management skills when communicating with hiring management.
Job Overview
• Business development, acquiring clientele
• Servicing client accounts and assisting in their staffing needs
• Sourcing for candidates via various channels
• Conducting detailed, in-depth interviews
• Profiling candidates for suitable jobs
• Educating both clients and candidates
• Thinking out of the box for solutions when the need arises
• Source and build a good portfolio of quality Candidates through face to face interviews
• Intensive and careful search for suitable candidates, which includes their identification, assessment and presentation against client requirements
• Strengthen business relationships with current and potential clients.
• Immediate action and professional execution of search assignments for successful and timely closure
Client Management
• Serve clients, identify their needs and provide feedback on success of filling jobs
• Qualify job specification / salary information and record accurate and comprehensive job description – check information / client requirements in line with key processes and legislation
• Gather information on client – identify decision maker and no of employees in the organization
• Network internally and externally with clients
• Benchmark for clients – salary, availability, candidate pool, industry activity
• Write and place advertisements in newspapers and thru social media
Candidate Management
• Candidate / Associate Management – keep in regular contact to review progress and performance
• Pre-screen candidates before their interview for suitability and conduct interviews
• Coach candidates on interview skills / Skills testing
• Search, select & review candidate profile. This is to ensure we are in line with job order request by Client.
• Provide information to candidates on clients and job specifications for permanent, contract & temporary jobs
Requirements
• Ability to prioritise and manage workload independently
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and possess initiatives
• Confident, meticulous and focus
• Resourceful, motivated and persistent
• Possess good time management and communication skills

Requirements


  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, any field.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably experience in Technical recruitment , Sourcing , Executive Search & interview skills 
  • Will consider Juniors as Researcher  or Associate Consultant 
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
