Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all Security Procedures are in place and are well trained and equipped on how to implement the procedures.
  • Reconciles the entire Security Passes before handover to the next relieving SO of the following shift.
  • Assist carry out locker checks on HR requirement.
  • Assist in the evacuation of personnel during Emergency.
  • Ensure to allow entry only visitors with appointment.
  • Carry out premises patrols as per the LOP.
  • Ensure all items leaving premises with proper Gate Pass.
  • Ensure Term Contractor with a valid security pass and record their in / out for evacuation head counts purposes.
  • Spot check and ensure operator discipline during arriving / leaving at bus parking area.
  • Ensure all office doors were locked and lights of after office hours

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level or Higher Secondary / STPM/"A" Level / Pre-U in any field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
