Studio DL Sdn Bhd is a commercial photography studio providing services to the advertising and communication industry both locally and internationally. It has 15 professional staff including photographers, retouching artists, producers, assistants; and finance and administrative personnel.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Major job scope, knowledge and responsibilities
1) To provide customer support on price quotation and delivery advice.
2) Responsible for processing of sales orders to ensure on-time delivery.
3) Process and issue purchase requisitions for stock items.
4) Process new customer registration.
5) Support local sales processing and knowledge on export sales processes including Letter of Credit, etc.
6) To support Production department on a regular basis on forecast sales volume.
7) Ensure that customer delivery requirements are clearly communicated to warehouse.
8) Liaise with Distribution Centre on stock availability and delivery processes.
9) Handling incoming phone inquiries.
10) Update backorder report and delivery arrangement status to support sales team and finance department.
11) Pursue customer debt collection and report status.

Selection Criteria
1) Regional sales co-ordination exposure in a related industry (such as industries, utilities, building technology).
2) With a minimum 3 years of working experience focused on distribution channel sales co-ordination will be an advantage.
3) Multinational company work experience is preferred.
4) Experienced in SAP would be an advantage. However training will be provided.
5) To achieve a sound working knowledge and understanding of the company's products and operations as well as understanding the company culture as a global player in the industry.
6) Ability to develop a productive business relationship with distributors and customers.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Major job scope, knowledge and responsibilities
1) Possess hands-on skill in electro-mechanical machine repair, calibration and servicing.
2) Experience in operating, repair or service electro-fusion, butt fusion machines and tools is added advantage.
3) To provide training and service support to customers.
4) To attend to customer complaints and provide product and application solution to meet customers' requirement with our sales team and regional technical support team.
5) Train customers how to use, handling and basic maintenance of installation machines.
6) Responsible for in house machine and tools and maintenance.
7) Responsible for machines record and status, leasing of machine and lease agreement to customer.

Selection Criteria
