Requirements:

  • Min. 5 years related experience
  • Age 20's to 40's
  • Min. SRP/PMR with the ability to speak and write simple English
  • Ability to drive BMW is a must
  • Possess a clean and valid Class D driving license
  • Familiar with routes in Petaling Jaya/Kuala Lumpur
  • Must be able to drive long distance
  • Must be able to operate or know how to operate and read GPS
  • Non-Smoker

Accounts Executive
Selangor - Bandar Sunway

To handle the accounting work and assist the Manager in handling the financial operations of Taylor's International Alliance Network Sdn Bhd ("TIAN Malaysia").

Accounting:
Responsible for the timely close and submission of monthly financial reports for TIAN Malaysia to the Manager for TEPL consolidation.
Ensure compliance to acceptable accounting standard and the group's accounting policies and guidelines.
Analyse and report the variances in the financial statements (actual vs budget).

Financial Management:
Assist the Manager in running the financial operations of TIAN Malaysia. This includes accurate and timely management of receivables, payables, fixed assets, budgeting and forecasting of financial results, audit, tax and other financial related matters.

Budget Preparation:
Prepare the annual financial budget for Manager's review.

General Administration:
Assist the Manager for the general administration function including purchasing, insurance, office lease, office and equipment maintenance and other related matters.

Others :
To assist in any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements:
• Diploma in Accounting/ LCCI/ CAT or part professional qualification like ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills.
• Good attention to details and meticulous in his/her work.
• Possess a good command of both spoken and written English. Chinese language mastery will be an added advantage.
• Able to work on tight deadlines and with minimal supervision.
• Pro-active and results oriented.
• Computer literacy in MS office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and ACCPAC/MYOB accounting system. Experienced in ERP working environment would be an added advantage.
