The job/role exists to prospect, secure new customers, to maintain & service existing customers, develop and expand business opportunities. Part of the job role also requires the prospect to manage and oversee the operations of the call centre to ensure that targets are met.

PRIMARY ROLE
• Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans
• Servicing existing accounts through sales visits, phone & written communications.
• Prospecting, developing and securing new accounts that meet sales goals and objectives
• Monitor and report on competitors' activities
• Monitor and report market trend and direction
• Coordinate with various functional departments to work towards customer satisfaction
• Handle sales inquiries and customers request
• Handle and accomplish tasks as assigned by Management, Directors & Managers
• To gather sales lead and develop business, communicate with management to explore the business opportunities
• Follow and maintain all established sales process and documentations
• Ensures the Processes are complied with and operated effectively in support of their services.
• Acts as an escalation point for any process failures or exceptions from Call Centre
• Is responsible for identifying, prioritising, and resolving service failures and deficiencies.
• Acts as an authority on the service where this is required by the process.
• Drives continuous improvement from the Call Centre
