This position gives the you exposure to all aspects of an e-commerce process in a fun, creative setting.

She/he will learn how to manage the process of moving content from different publications into the online environment and gain an understanding of the steps and programs involved. She/he will also come away with experience reviewing products, researching images and using DSYR's database and content management system.

You will be expected to:

·Source product information, images and videos from suppliers/merchants/online.
·Uploading new products to the website with accurate and unique descriptions
·Upload product images and videos
·Edit images to highlight features and benefits of the product using text descriptions
·Edit images when a bundle of products are being sold together
·Create subcategories as necessary to allow ease of navigation for website visitors
·Select related items for each product to promote cross sales
· Work with the merchandising team to identify common queries, issues and feedback to identify gaps in the information that need to be filled to aid conversion.


Skills & Experience


·Ideally have previous experience in a similar role.
·Strong written and verbal communication skills.
·Great time management skills, with the experience of managing a varied and challenging workload.
·The ability to multitask, maintain focus under pressure and ensure accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
·Basic experience with Photoshop for editing of product images an advantage.
·Previous experience with Magento will be an advantage.
·Product photography skills will be an advantage

Main Responsibilities


• Covering the full spectrum role from managing the commercial contracts through tendering, procurement, negotiation and project delivery.
