• Responsible for drafting and negotiation of corporate and commercial agreements and is expected to provide high quality, accurate and timely legal advice.

• Ensuring compliance of SGX-ST listing manuals, code of corporate governance and any other relevant rules and regulations of Singapore with support from external Compliance Advisor.

• Participate in corporate exercises, acquisition of shares, acquiring business and operation businesses, joint venture in foreign countries and provide business oriented legal and compliance advice thereon.
