Responsibilities:

You will be part of a team of smart young and young-at-heart managers and executives in planning and executing our business objectives. You will be expected to deliver programs regionally and locally.

This will involved a combination of event management, sponsorship sales, event production, team leadership, research and audit, business development and brand management.

Depending on your past experience and skills, you will start as either Assistant Program Manager or Program Manager, and upon achieving your KPIs, progressing in as little as a year to Senior Program Manager and other senior regional roles.

While the position will be based primarily in our Petaling Jaya office, you should expect to be posted in any of our other offices regionally for short assignment periods, and to travel frequently as part of the job. You will be paid a fair salary, plus standard benefits.

Requirements:
