HSE Senior Engineer / Officer
Johor - Gelang Patah

Responsibilities:

Lead the HSE Dept. to execute HSE policies and guidelines formulates by Corporate and Site Management so to meet the set objectives in a timely and sustainable manner.

Lead and work with line management to ensure HSE policies/ guidelines and programs are being implemented successfully through proper and effective risk assessment and control measures, safe operating procedure (SOP) development and deployment, HSE audit & inspection and HSE data updating and performance monitoring & review.

Serve as company Single Point Of Contact (SPoC) between site BU and HSE Corporate and Regional communication on all HSE related matters.

Serve as site BU representative to liaise and deal with local and / or international HSE regulatory bodies on all HSE related matters.

Ensure correct and complete documentation of HSE issues are being reported on timely and well in compliance manner. Timely notifies site and line management of any HSE gap arise, and take active role with relevant parties to keep the gap mitigated or closed timely and effectively.

Serve as site BU HSE Subject Matter Expert ( SME ) to advise HSE related matters, facilitate development and deployment HSE training program, and planning & organizing HSE programs with the aim to build a better and stronger HSE culture company-wide.

Requirements:

Diploma holder in a Science or Engineering disciplines.

Registered Safety & Health Officer (SHO) with DOSH Malaysia or equivalent.

At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent. Job role in Environmental, Health & Safety Engineer Environmental, Health & Safety Engineer or equivalent.

Facilities Engineer / Senior Engineer (Building Management)

Responsibilities:

Validation & revalidation - Prepare and execute for all facility new & existing equipments, BMS system, utilities, and building expansion projects.

To ensure all maintenance SOPs and documentation are compliance with OSHA, ISO 13485, GxP, FDA & Novartis guidelines. Ensure updated release documents are used for PM activi-ties and in validated state.

To investigate the process and quality failure (NCR) resulted from equipment/ process relat-ed problem and provide permanent solution to fix them. To carry out the change request and evaluate the change effects on validated processes.

To participate in designing and writing engineering study protocol and execute the protocols which include data collection, analysis and provide recommendation if further improvement is required.

Responsible for building and facility equipment annual certification to comply with all local regulatory requirements.

Responsible to prepare tender documents and User Requirement Specifications (URS) for facility related projects and services.

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering Field (preferably Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Building Facilities related fields)

Minimum 5 years of working experience in Manufacturing field, preferably specialized in Building Management, Maintenance & Facilities, Project management or Quality Engineering divisions.
Adept Mechanical & Electrical knowledge
Hands on experience in AutoCad drawings and applications.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good command of English language
